She's Only Seventeen

Even though I don't feel it at all, I turned seventeen last Friday. It seems like yesterday I turned sixteen, 2012 went by so quickly. All in all, it turned out to be a pretty fantastic birthday! Although, I did pick the presents for myself but we'll just pretend I had no idea about them. I'm very grateful for them though. Also, Xenia made me a really beautiful gift which was such a surprise, she must have spent a lot of time on it. I've never had a portrait of myself before! I've been wondering why she's been so secretive about it all week. I'm extremely grateful for her gift, it such a nice drawing/painting. I'm in love with the way she did my hair. Ugh. I just love it! 

My dad also decided to spring it upon me that he managed to get tickets to see The Who in the Summer. I literally nearly had a heart attack. I'm so excited! 

Also, with the Beats headphones, don't go by any review you see on Amazon saying how crap they are. They are such a good pair of headphones. They're easy to carry around, they're lightweight and the sound quality is amazing. I swear the people on Amazon who type up those reviews take it way too seriously. 

Anyway, enough of my rambling. I'm going to go back to listening to the new Tame Impala album [that's featured on here] and I hope you have a wonderful evening!
